Qualification Description
On completion of Certificate 4 in Career Development, you’ll be qualified to offer career services, programs, and support to both individuals and employers. You’ll gain the knowledge necessary to provide career and study information and job transition support to people, empowering them to make important decisions about their future and meet their career goals.
Through practical work placements, you will gain real-world experience to build your skills and resume. In addition, you will receive a 12-month membership with the National Career Development Association (NCDA), where you will have access to the latest research and findings on career development from around the world.
Graduates can utilise their skills in a broad range of settings, including HR and recruitment, career counselling within the education and training sectors, or advising experienced professionals through career progression or transition. This is the beginning of an exciting career making a significant difference in the career development of others.
